NAS Training Coordinator

Under direct supervision and guidance, this position is responsible for all coordination and follow-up of the Technical Training Programs for the business including:

Calling technicians that recently graduated and checking on them as well as calling the managers and trainers to check in on the graduates.

Make sure training room is stocked with food and snacks/drinks

Should have strong MS Excel Skills. 

LOCATION: Fort Lauderdale, FL 33304

POSITION: Contract to Hire

SCHEDULE: 8AM - 5PM

PAY: $20hr

Collects data and distributes data by phone, email or mail

Collects, compiles and reports results and status of data

Communicates data and reports as needed

Prepares and maintains ongoing documents and procedures

Administers and maintains a training management system

Research training supplies and materials as needed including details, cost comparison, and timelines

Orders supplies for training department as needed

QUALIFICATIONS:

High School Diploma/GED or equivalent experience

Ability to multitask with strong organization skills

High-level of effective interpersonal communication skills, both written and verbal plus organization and presentation skills

Experience with Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word

Strong teamwork and problem-solving skills
