We are looking for the hair care professional that has excellent technical skills, is passionate about delivering great customer service and is a dedicated team player. Stylists new to the haircare profession will be mentored by team members and all stylists will be enrolled in Great Clips University (GCU) continuing education programs. Stylists must have a state of Oregon Cosmetology and/or Barbers license.

Hair Stylist/Barber Qualifications:

• Cosmetology and/or Barber License (licensing requirements vary by state/province)
• The passion to build genuine connections with customers and provide GREAT haircuts
• The desire to deliver a consistent Great Clips® brand experience (don’t worry, training is provided)
• The ability to work with teammates to develop a supportive and positive salon vibe
