She is smart, loves her siblings and animals, loves to laugh and is caring. The parents own their own medical practice. They value time with the children and doing bonding activities together. They are very encourgaging, loving and positive. The hours are 40 hours a week, typically 4 days a week. Typically Monday 7am-5:30pm, Tuesday 7am-9pm, Wednesday 7-5:30pm and Thursday 11am-4pm. Can give schedule 1-2 months or more in advance. $20-$30 hour or $800-$1200 per week. They have had two great nannies and are looking forward to welcoming another great fit to the family. Starts mid August.

Bryce is 8 months old, the final addition to the family and will be home all day. He is a sweet little man who loves to snuggle. Blake is 2 years old and is a book, outdoor and music lover. He loves big rigs, turtles and puppies. He will be attending private school Early Ed for 2 yr olds in the fall. Max is 4 yrs old and is a spunky kid with a love for people. Jacob is 6 years old and has a engaging personality, loves sports and will be starting 1st grade. Both boys are fun loving, enjoy various sports and also attend private school.The older 3 will be in school from 8-4:30 pm, the parents do the majority of the transportation and do drop offs/pickups on the way to and from work. They love spending time as a family and keep busy doing fun activities during evenings and weekends. Hours are Monday - Thursday 7-5:30pm with occasionally a couple of hours on Friday morning. Averaging about 45 hours a week. $18-21 per hour, $810-$945 a week, or $42,120-$49,140 a week. Starts as soon as possible but could possible get coverage until October or so if needed. Could possibly consider a school year only full time for the right candidate, but prefer longer one year or more.

Luke turned 2 years old in May and is full of fun. The parents are very active and enjoy spending time with family and friends. They also love to travel and have new experiences. They have had a wonderful relationship with their current nanny and are looking forward to welcoming a new person into their family. They believe good communication and trust is of the utmost importance as well as working as a team. Their current nanny has done a great job of working to Luke on development skills and exposing him to a wide variety of learning opportunities. 4 days per week, alternating Monday through Thursday then Tuesday through Friday. 12-hour days. An occasional 5-day week, with best efforts to offset it with a 3-day week. Paid vacation while they are on vacation (6 weeks per year). S alary of $650-$700/week, less taxes. If someone was open to doing every other week at 4 days a week, that is a option as well.

He is potty trained except for naps and bedtime. The parents are down to earth, reasonable, friendly, good-hearted people. They have family that also live 5-10 minutes away. The hours will be 7:30am - 5:00pm. $650 - $750 a week range depending on background and experience.

Avi is 7 years old and a very sweet, fun loving, playful boy. He is very proud to be a big brother to his 2 1/2 year old brother. The parents are both physicians and have fairly demanding jobs. They have had a great relationship with their full time nanny of several years, Louise, who they loved . The parents are looking for childcare from 7:30 am - 5 pm Monday - Friday. If someone was interested in some extra income they would welcome a occasional Saturday or Sunday once or twice a month possibly from 9am - 2 or 3pm., for extra pay. $15 per hour. They look forward to finding someone special and consider them a extension of the family. They have lived in Iowa for over 5 years now but do not have any family that live close by, so the main goal is to find a reliable nanny that could be flexible once in a while.$625 -$665 ($32,500 - $ 34,580 per year range), flexible depending on the candidate. They live in a nice cul-de-sac right next to a park and basketball court. They have a big fenced in back yard which is great for the kids to play in. They live by a lovely park nearby and have neighbors with children. The hours are Monday 7 am - 6pm, Tuesday 7am - 6:30pm, Wednesday 7am - 6pm and every other Friday 7am - 4pm. So the two week rotating schedule would be 33 1/2 hours on week one and 42 1/2 hours week two. $13-$18 per hour ($500-$ 686 per week) depending on background and qualifications.

The parents have busy careers but love spending evenings and weekends focused on family time. They focus on learning activities, being outside when the weather is nice and overall quality time. For hours, they are willing to pay a minimum of $525 per week, which would represent 35 hours at $15 per hour. The "have to have" hours are Monday - Friday 3pm to 6 or 6:30pm, plus 1 to 2 full days/evenings, no later than 8pm (very rare). They will pay the minimum 35 hours whether they need that many or not. On weeks that 40 hours are needed, the pay would be $600. On the weeks where t hey need more than 40 hours, (some weeks would be the traditional 7:30am - 5:30pm to cover their 8-5pm jobs, the hourly would be $22.50 per hour.

Their previous two nannies have been very close, like members of the family. They are really looking forward to welcoming someone into their home. The hours are Monday - Friday 8am - 4pm. Salary of $14-$17 per hour or $30K - 35K per year. Starts as soon as possible.

She is already walking, takes great naps and loves playing outside. She's a pretty easy baby/toddler (she turns 3 on April 15th.) The parents have demanding careers with a packed schedule. The mother gets her schedule from the hospital at least 4 months in advance so which day or day and a half off the nanny would have is known well in advance. As a family they strive to enjoy the family moments with lots of cuddle time, reading books, new experiences, healthy life style and not having overloaded schedules when not at work. Ideally, they would love to have someone as a extension of the family as well as someone who would be interested in staying longer than a year. Guaranteed salary, several weeks of vacation and a allowance towards health insurance. 4-5 days a week, 40 hours per week. $500-700 per week.

The duties involved would be picking Myra up from preschool/daycare, playing and doing activities, reading books etc. The hours are Monday - Friday from 3pm - 7pm. If someone was open to doing a couple of hours on a Saturday or Sunday afternoon to get a couple of errands done, projects or occasional lunch or dinner, that would be appreciated but not a deal breaker. The salary would be $16-20 per hour or $320-$400 per week/$16,640-$20,800 per year for the 20 hours a week. Open to paying up to 30 hours a week. Starts as soon as possible.
