About Us:

We are looking for a reliable Remote Marketing Assistant with expertise in Administrative Support, Social Media Management, and Customer Service. Join our team and help us drive our coaching program by managing administrative duties and enhancing our social media presence on platforms like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and YouTube through Metricool.

 

**This is a remote part-time contract position requiring 10 hours per week, with the potential to increase to 20 hours per week. Ideal for individuals seeking to earn additional income without committing to a full-time role.**

 

Key Responsibilities:

Daily Tasks:

  • Monitor Shopify and Stripe payment processing dashboards.
  • Schedule weekly broadcast emails and resend to unopened emails as necessary.
  • Send coaching agreements via DocuSign, and enroll clients into courses on SamCart upon agreement signing.
  • Handle email requests from coaching program members for resume reviews, coordinate required items, create Asana boards, and confirm review timelines with clients.
  • Update Masterclass + Coaching program waitlist landing page.

Content Curation and Editing:

  • Collaborate with the CEO to receive raw video content and content ideas.
  • Edit and optimize video content using editing software like Opus for high-quality, engaging, and on-brand videos for social media platforms.

Graphic Design:

  • Create eye-catching content using tools like Canva to enhance social media posts.
  • Ensure all graphics and visuals align with brand guidelines and resonate with our target audience.

Content Scheduling and Publishing:

  • Develop a content calendar and schedule posts across various social media channels using Metricool.
  • Monitor social media platforms for trending topics, hashtags, and opportunities for real-time engagement.

Community Engagement:

  • Engage with our audience by responding to messages, and inquiries promptly.
  • Create ManyChat automation for lead generation.

Performance Monitoring and Reporting:

  • Track and analyze key metrics (e.g., engagement, reach, conversions) to assess the effectiveness of social media campaigns.
  • Generate regular reports via Metricool detailing performance insights and recommendations for optimization.

Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in using various software and online tools.
  • Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing content creation and social media management skills.
  • Proficiency in video editing software (e.g., Opus) and graphic design tools (e.g., Canva).
  • Excellent understanding of social media platforms, trends, and best practices.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including social media, email marketing, and online advertising.
  • Proficiency in tools such as ManyChat, ChatGPT, Canva, and Opus.
  • Excellent analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to inform decision-making.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively.
  • Creative thinker with a strategic mindset and the ability to develop innovative marketing strategies.
