Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Learning and HR Talent Development Manager to join our client's team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing comprehensive learning and development programs to enhance employee skills and drive organizational growth. This role requires a strategic thinker with a passion for developing talent and fostering a culture of continuous learning.
Responsibilities:
Develop and execute a strategic learning and development plan aligned with organizational goals.
Identify training needs and create engaging and effective training programs.
Implement talent development initiatives, including leadership development, succession planning, and performance management.
Proficient in performance and talent management, succession planning, leadership development, learning, and development.
Demonstrated leadership and management experience, with a strong track record in team management and development.
Utilize various training methods and technologies to deliver impactful learning experiences.
Measure and assess the effectiveness of training programs through evaluations and feedback.
Collaborate with department heads and senior management to ensure training initiatives meet business needs.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in learning and development.
Qualifications:
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Skills:
Minimum of 5 years of experience in learning and development, talent management, or a related role.
Proven experience in designing and implementing effective training programs.
Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to analyze data and metrics to measure training effectiveness.
Proficiency in using learning management systems (LMS) and e-learning platforms nationally or internationally
Certification in talent development or related areas is a plus.
