Job description R&M Welty, Inc. is searching for a House Manager who is positive, responsible, organized, and experienced in 245D regulations to join our team!
This position is a full-time position and requires flexibility, adaptability, and compassion.
The home we are currently seeking a House Manager for currently serves one male persons served. Applicants should be comfortable working on behavior challenges, behavioral planning, and deescalation. Applicants must have strong leadership skills, be willing to learn, be willing to teach others, and be flexible.
R&M Welty, Inc. specializes in assisting vulnerable adults that suffer from persistent mental health issues in a group home setting. We provide our person(s) served with care, supervision, and assistance throughout their daily lives.

We offer a safe comfortable home setting from which we support our person(s) served in their efforts to maintain a high quality of life.
House Manager Job Duties: the House Manager works directly with the person(s) served but is also responsible for maintaining the overall operations of the residence which includes but is not limited to;
Person(s) served management
- Ensure the safety and well-being of the person(s) served at all times.
- Understand the needs, goals, and programs of each person served - assist them in reaching these goals.
- Administer and order medication.
- Maintain and track person served finances.
- Arrange appointments and referrals.
- Transport person(s) served.
House management
- Follow all 245 D regulations.
- Ensure the house is always meeting licensing requirements.
- Meet licensing requirements of both DHS and the respective county.
- Site finances/budgeting.
Staff management
- Create monthly staff schedules.
- New hire training/existing employees annual training.
- Lead monthly staff meetings.
- Conduct staff reviews.
Administrative
- Develop/maintain communication with case managers, social workers, families, guardians, doctors, supervisors, and direct staff.
- Maintain confidentiality and follow all HIPAA guidelines.
- Time management skills and ability to delegate.
- Documentation/Filing.
Requirements:
Experience
- Direct Support Staff (1-3+ years Required).
- House Manager (1+ years Required).
- Microsoft Word (Required).
- Google Drive (Preferred).
Valid drivers license along with Driving Report Check
- Driving report must be free of any major violations that would make you ineligible to be added to our auto insurance.

Flexible Schedule
- The set hours for this position are Monday-Friday from 7am-3pm.
- This position requires that you be available on call 24/7 in order to be contacted in case of emergency.
