Job Description As the

- Deliver a stellar experience to our guests and possess a genuine passion for providing exceptional service.
- Write detailed and accurate incident reports.
- Be swift to act, keeping a watchful eye on resort activity.
- Respond to emergency situations.
- Conduct routine safety and security inspections.

- Strong customer service skills with the ability to interact with all levels of team members and guests in an attentive and service-oriented manner.
- Prior experience in Security is preferred but not required.
Requirements - Must be 21 years old.
- Fluent in verbal and written English.
- Must be able to lift 50lbs and work in outdoor weather conditions.
- Must be able to work weekends and holidays as required.
- 1+ years of customer service experience.
