The Workforce Group Team is currently seeking are currently seeking a detail-oriented and organized Field Clerk to support our logistics operations during disaster events. As a Field Clerk in our Emergency Response Reservist Cadre Team, you will be responsible for providing administrative and clerical support to ensure efficient and effective logistics operations during disaster response activities. Your role will involve maintaining accurate records, managing documentation, and assisting with coordination efforts.

Location: TBD based on activation

Availability:

Ideal candidates for these response missions will be available to deploy within 48 to 72 hours of notification. These are contract positions and, if activated, will require travel on short notice, generally lasting from several days to a few weeks and possibly 30 days or more, depending on the disaster response needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain accurate records of all logistics activities, including inventory management, equipment usage, and personnel assignments.
• Assist in the preparation and distribution of reports, forms, and other documentation related to logistics operations.
• Coordinate communication between field personnel, supervisors, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth operations.
• Manage the collection, organization, and filing of all relevant paperwork and documentation.
• Assist with scheduling and coordinating logistics activities and personnel.
• Provide clerical support, including data entry, filing, and photocopying.
• Ensure compliance with all organizational and regulatory guidelines and standards.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in office administration or related field preferred. Proven experience in an administrative or clerical role, preferably in emergency or disaster response settings.

• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in performing tasks.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software. Ability to work effectively under pressure and in challenging environments.
• Willingness to be on emergency standby and deployed at short notice.
• Willingness to work irregular hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays, as needed.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Working Conditions: This position requires the ability to work in various environmental conditions, including outdoor settings and potentially hazardous environments. Flexibility to work irregular hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays, as needed during emergency deployments. Must be able to stand, walk, and lift for extended periods.
