Responsibilities:
•Provide comprehensive administrative support to the executive team, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and handling correspondence.
•Quickly digest complex topics and problems, and propose strategic plans of action to address them effectively.
•Conduct thorough research on various topics and industries, identifying key insights and trends that can inform decision-making.
•Identify and connect with experts in relevant fields to gather insights and advice that can contribute to winning strategies.
•Utilize social media platforms and databases to identify connections, workarounds, and creative solutions to business problems.
•Act as the "eye of the storm" in the midst of chaos, remaining calm under pressure and finding solutions to challenges as they arise.
•Leverage personal and professional networks to access resources, expertise, and opportunities to support the company's goals.
•Assist with ad-hoc projects and tasks as needed, demonstrating flexibility and a willingness to take on new challenges.

Requirements:
•Previous experience as a Research Assistant, Executive Assistant, or Project Manager, preferably in a startup or entrepreneurial environment.
•Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
•Excellent research skills, with the ability to gather and synthesize information from various sources quickly and effectively.
•Proficiency in leveraging social media platforms and databases for research and networking purposes.
