Job Description

• Will join intake calls, screen and source candidates and submit to business. Primary focus will be talent sourcing and applicant screening to support Sales and Corporate hiring.

• 3+ years of full life cycle recruiting
• High School Diploma/GED or equivalent work experience; Bachelor's Degree preferred
• Deep experience with professional networking sites including niche
• Understands sourcing techniques (e.g. Boolean searches)
• Solid understanding and demonstrated use of an ATS, Recruitment Marketing, and Excel
• Understanding of current employment laws including OFCCP's guidelines for fair hiring practices
• Strong communication skills (both written and oral)
• Experience working with AI/Chatbot for recruitment (auto scheduling, pre-screening)

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with Oracle Recruiting Cloud
