About the Role
The Company is seeking a Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) to play a pivotal role in the organization's growth. The ideal candidate will have over 15 years' of executive-level leadership experience in system integration and managed services, with a specialization in cybersecurity and cloud platforms. They must have a proven track record of creating and executing business strategies that result in an annual run rate exceeding $100+ million and be adept at building and nurturing high-performing teams. Applicants for the CRO position at the company should possess a Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field (a Master's degree is preferred) and have a strong background in demand generation and account-based marketing strategy. Experience with global systems integrators or managed services providers, as well as in the cybersecurity, SaaS, and PaaS ecosystems, is essential. The successful candidate will demonstrate exceptional communication and negotiation abilities, a strategic mindset, and proficiency in financial analysis and reporting. They must be adept at managing strategic partnerships and alliances, with a focus on customer satisfaction and revenue optimization.
