Responsibilities - Sales Manager:

• Hire, train, motivate, and manage a high-performance sales team!
• Set sales goals, track progress, and lead the team to achieve sales goals
• Coach and mentor sales team on improving sales performance and closing deals
• Desk and Close Deals by engaging in advanced closing tactics with retail customers
• Promote finance products and desk deals to maximize closing percentage and deal potential
• Promote a strong focus on a high level of customer satisfaction and maintain a high CSI
• Foster positive customer relationships to encourage referrals and repeat business 
• Utilize our CRM with high levels of knowledge and efficiency
• Promote the DeYarman brand and be a positive influence on employees and your community

Requirements - Sales Manager: 

• Auto Sales Management is REQUIRED
• CDJR experience is a plus!
• Team builder, strong closer, high energy, positive and outgoing
• Strong leadership, sales management, negotiation, and closing skills
• Excellent communication, presentation, and social media skills
• Good computer skills (MS Outlook, CRM).
• Strong work ethic and self-motivated to succeed
• Proficient in deal desking and finance deal structuring
• Understands dealership operations including all aspects of sales and finance
• Professional appearance
• Dedicated to providing exceptional customer service
• Valid driver's license and insurance
• The highest professionalism and integrity are essential
